Expand the number of enrollments at Smart Fit units. It was important to create a strategy to reach new users through digital channels, informing them about everything the gym has to offer. In other words, combining brand knowledge with performance.
The main action undertaken was to bring the communication 'Smart Feat. You' to the Branded Mission campaign on TikTok. This campaign involves recruiting qualified creators to participate in a mission developed by the brand on the platform. The challenge was to encourage creators to show how their workout routine impacted their daily lives. The project involved over 770 active creators producing content. We operationalized the campaign with planning and creative production that aligned with the entire pipeline and other strategies across various media channels.
Smart Fit had its best quarter (January to March) in its history, with a net gain of 399 thousand students during the period – 308 thousand in January alone, which was also the best month in Smart Fit’s history.
